| INTRODUCCION El Comité Organizador del World Congress of the Systems Sciences de la International Society for the Systems Sciences - ISSS (EE.UU), la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (Lima - Perú) y el Instituto Andino de Sistemas - IAS (Lima - Perú) tienen el sumo agrado de invitar a Ud. a presenciar y a participar en el World Congress of the Systems Sciences a realizarse en Toronto, Canadá durante los días 17, 18 y 19 del presente, con conexión remota a Lima, Perú. Se presentarán alrededor de 32 Conferencias Plenarias, expuestos por los mejores académicos y practicantes del pensamiento sistémico del mundo, destacando entre ellos Russell Ackoff, Humberto Maturana, Peter Corning, Harold Linstone, John Casti, Michael Jackson, entre otros. Igualmente cabe resaltar que en esta oportunidad, el Instituto Andino de Sistemas - IAS ha sido designado por la International Society for the Systems Sciences - ISSS de EE.UU, como el único lugar remoto interactivo (Presentaciones en Toronto y Lima) del presente Congreso. En tal sentido, el Instituto Andino de Sistemas - IAS, con el auspicio académico y apoyo logístico de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal ofrece a la Sociedad Peruana lo mejor y el más reciente desarrollo del pensamiento sistémico en el mundo, a fin de que se tome consciencia de la importancia de este pensamiento como paradigma que regirá los destinos de la Humanidad del presente siglo en adelante. MODALIDAD DE ASISTENCIA: Virtual a través de conexión internet en línea dedicada durante los días que dure la Conferencia de acuerdo a Programa adjunto. (En vista de que la transmisión se hará en tiempo real, el horario tiene que adecuarse a la hora de la ciudad de Toronto (una hora más de adelante que Lima), en tal sentido las sesiones de la mañana se estarán iniciando a las 07.30 a.m. (08:30, hora de Toronto)) Presencial, a través de paneles para comentar las diversas presentaciones del Congreso y la ampliación de las exposiciones a ser realizadas por los expositores peruanos de acuerdo a Programa. IDIOMA OFICIAL DEL CONGRESO: El idioma oficial del Congreso será el INGLES, con traducción simultánea, comentarios y paneles en Español desarrollados por académicos de la Escuela de Postgrado de la UNFV, el Instituto Andino de Sistemas - IAS, CONCYTEC, Universidad San Ignacion de Loyola, Universidad Particular Cayetano Heredia, Universidad Ricardo Palma, Universidad San Martín de Porres, entre otras, de acuerdo a Programa.
